How we approached it.
The challenge
Learning programs often live across disconnected tools: content in one place, cohorts in another, progress somewhere else, and little support for turning a learner's goals into a clear next step. Praxis needed one product where organizations could create structured journeys and learners could follow them in context.
Our approach
We built the platform as a shared system for administrators, authors, and learners. Journeys, channels, cohorts, enrollment, and the learner dashboard all work from the same application, while AI-assisted tools help turn goals and source material into usable learning paths.
What we built
A full-stack Next.js application backed by Postgres and Prisma, with Clerk authentication, role-aware admin and learner experiences, journey authoring, learner enrollment, cohort tools, dashboards, discovery, chat, API keys, and OpenAI-powered features for creating and improving learning journeys.
The outcome
A working learning and development SaaS platform that gives teams a cohesive way to author learning programs and gives learners a focused path through them.
