How we approached it.
The challenge
Learning programs tend to live across a pile of disconnected tools: content in one place, cohorts in another, progress somewhere else, and not much help turning a learner's goals into a clear next step. Praxis needed one product where organizations could build structured journeys and learners could follow them without losing the thread.
Our approach
We built it as one shared system for administrators, authors, and learners. Journeys, channels, cohorts, enrollment, and the learner dashboard all live in the same application, and AI-assisted tools help turn goals and source material into usable learning paths.
What we built
A full-stack Next.js application on Postgres and Prisma, with Clerk authentication, role-aware admin and learner experiences, journey authoring, learner enrollment, cohort tools, dashboards, discovery, chat, API keys, and OpenAI-powered features for creating and improving learning journeys.
The outcome
A working learning and development platform that gives teams one place to author programs and gives learners a focused path through them.
