Our story
Foundri was founded to give businesses senior-level design and development without the agency bloat or the offshore lottery. We are a small, senior team that designs, builds, and ships websites and apps, from a local shop's site to a growing company's product, then automates the busywork around them.
Most studios this size are junior teams learning on your budget, or they are a salesperson in front of an offshore shop you never meet. We built Foundri the other way. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and you get the same senior judgment a much larger company would charge you three times for.

The team
Brad Ledford
Founder and Principal
Brad has spent his career building and running software teams. Before starting Foundri, he spent five years as VP of Engineering at a higher education software company, where he owned the engineering org and the product it shipped.
That product had to meet WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards in full, and it was audited by an outside firm on a regular schedule. Brad ran that program. Not a plugin, not an overlay widget, but the real work: building accessibility into design and development from the start, fixing what the audits found, and training the team so the site stayed compliant between reviews. That experience is why every site and app Foundri builds is held to WCAG 2.1 AA by default.
He works with every Foundri client directly. If you talk to us about a project, you are talking to the person who will build it.
