We start with an environment review and a maintenance plan, then run to a regular cadence: quarterly updates, semi-annual patching, monthly security reviews, or whatever each application requires.

- Yes. We operate in your AWS or cloud account with least-privilege access, so you keep full ownership and control.
- Can you maintain WordPress and custom apps?
- Both. We patch and update WordPress, and we maintain custom and GIS applications to the same standard.
- Can you train our internal IT staff?
- Yes. Training sessions, screenshare walkthroughs, and documentation are part of the work, so your team can take it over when ready.
- How is this priced?
- By monthly retainer or a service package sized to your environment. We can also quote fixed assessment rates for specific tasks.
