Your First Business Agent

Put AI to work on the task you keep putting off.

Quote follow-ups. Customer updates. Paperwork. We help you configure and test one AI agent for a recurring task in your business.

Work directly with Brad Ledford at Foundri Studio. Remote setup for small business owners and operations teams.

Start with one useful job.

These are starting points. We choose the task around the information and software you actually have.

Machine shops

Prepare quote follow-ups

Use a list of open quotes to draft follow-up messages and flag the details that need your attention. You approve messages and pricing.

Auto repair shops

Draft customer updates

Turn approved job notes into clear customer updates and a list of missing information. Your team approves anything sent.

Service businesses

Keep paperwork moving

Review an intake folder, identify missing details, and prepare a daily summary of what needs a response.

What you take away

  • A workflow assessment before the setup session
  • A 75-minute remote working session
  • One agent pilot configured and tested with your examples
  • Reusable business context and agent instructions
  • Access, approval, and escalation rules
  • An operating guide and one follow-up review within seven days

How the setup works

  1. 1. Choose the task

Share the task, the tools you use, and a few examples. We check what fits the package before the session.

  2. 2. Configure and test it together

Give the agent a job, business context, and clear limits. Test normal cases, missing information, and situations where it should ask for help.

  3. 3. Put it into your routine

Use the operating guide to review its work, pause it, and improve its instructions. We review one round of feedback within seven days of the session.

Keep the know-how as the tools change.

Your agent gets a written job brief, business context, examples, approval rules, and quality checks. Those belong to you. We separate that operating playbook from the platform-specific setup so you can reuse it when you change tools or models.

You remain in control of customer communication, prices, commitments, and sensitive decisions. The pilot starts with work you can review.

Before you sign up

Do I need to know how to use AI?
No. Bring a recurring task, sample inputs, and access to the business software it uses. We work through setup together.
Which AI model will we use?
We choose a platform based on your task, integrations, budget, and access requirements. Your business instructions and test examples stay reusable as tools change. Setup steps and available features vary by platform.
Will it work on its own?
Where the selected platform supports schedules or events, we configure the pilot to run and submit work for review. We define exactly what it can do independently and when it must ask you. Unattended operation is not guaranteed for every task or platform.
Can it connect to our shop software?
Only when a supported integration is available and your account allows it. The session covers up to two supported integrations. Custom connections to shop-management, estimating, or accounting systems require a separate quote.
What does the $299 cover?
One workflow, one agent platform, a guided setup session, the handoff materials, and one follow-up review. Software subscriptions, usage charges, custom development, and ongoing management are separate.
What if our task needs a bigger build?
We assess the workflow before configuration and identify any work outside the package. We agree on a separate scope before doing custom development.

Bring one task you are tired of repeating.

We will help you give it a workable first agent.
